Any discounted rates, when offered, are not available Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's weeks.

All rates and fees are subject to change until reservation is confirmed.
PayPal account information will be provided for those paying by credit card or making a "last-minute" booking. Two percent (2%) convenience fee will apply.
Refunds of the $150 security/damage fee occur on the 1st and 15th of the month, or the first business day following that date if it falls on a weekend or postal holiday.
The $150 refundable security/damage deposit becomes non-refundable if you cancel your reservation or fail to arrive.
Cancellations before the 45-day time frame will receive all of their payment minus the $150. Cancellations after the 45-day time frame will have their monies applied to equitable stay dates at a future time.
